First time using the EAP? Follow these steps to set up your access.

1Visit member.magellanhealthcare.com.
2Type “Principal Core” under company name and select Principal Core from the pull-down menu.
3Click agree and continue to access the website.
4Sign up to access resources under Life (family, finances, legal), Mind (mental wellbeing) and Body (physical wellbeing).
